Canadian American make-up artist and long-standing America’s Next Top Model judge Jay Manuel has secured a retail deal with QVC in the UK.
The 43-year-old’s make-up range, Jay Manuel Beauty, will debut on the television shopping channel in September.
The collection consists of a number of make-up products designed to appeal to the ‘selfie generation’ with high definition finishes a selling point.
Among the products due to be sold is Filter Finish Powder to Cream Foundation, which features a domed lid that can be used as a mixing reservoir for the powder before applying it to the skin at which point it transforms into a blendable creamy consistency.
Jay Manuel has been pushing ahead in the cosmetics industry recently with the launch of his Jay Manuel Beauty app By IMAN Cosmetics. The app allows women of all skin tones to try on make-up virtually.
