Lush settles agreement with Lush Vapor over trademark use

Cosmetics company Lush has settled a trademark conflict with electronic cigarette brand Lush Vapour.

Lush previously lost its appeal against Lush Vapor, which had applied to register trademarks for use on liquid chemical flavourings to refill e-cigarette cartridges.
