Q: What do you love most about your job?

TF: It’s very rewarding to make a difference to the way people feel about themselves. I like helping my customers to gain confidence and knowledge.
NK: Our team – every single person shows so much passion and love for what they do; it allows us to always have our best foot forward and to enjoy each moment of the magic.

Q: What are the biggest challenges you face on the shop floor?

TF: There are so many brands in the beauty hall so it’s really important to know what point of difference I can offer my guests. I always ask myself what I can do that's different, and I always like to give my guests a reason to return.
