Meet the sponsors who will be joining the 2020 Pure Beauty Awards

The Pure Beauty Awards has revealed its headline sponsors and partners that will be joining the virtual awards later this week

The first virtual edition of the Emerald City-themed Pure Beauty Awards will take place this Thursday, 29 October at 6pm GMT.

The Pure Beauty Awards is the biggest and most recognised event in the beauty calendar, bringing together beauty brands, buyers, retailers and suppliers to celebrate the newest innovations and products available on the British beauty market.

A look at what's in store

Awards host Layne Redman will be joined throughout the evening by each of the event's sponsors and partners to announce the gold winners of their sponsored category.

The Pure Beauty team are thrilled to have extended its partnership with previous sponsors, as well as welcoming some new faces.

A new sponsor for 2020, Orean Personal Care is an award-winning private label cosmetic manufacturing company.

Managing Director Dan Williams will be joining the team to announce the winners of its sponsored categories: Best New Premium Skin Care Product, Best New Hair Product and Best New Sun Care and Tanning Product.

Dan commented: “As a product developer and manufacturer in the UK, we’re a huge supporter of both new and existing brands. Orean Personal Care are delighted to be one of the sponsors in this years Pure Beauty Awards”.

Event Partner, Epic Print, provides print and technical support, as well as fulfilment services, to delivery premium printed products across a wide range of clientele.

The group's Managing Partner, Mark Downey, will be announcing the winners of the three awards in the Natural & Organic category.

Epic Print will also be supplying a special awards brochure, which will be sent to Pure Beauty subscribers in December alongside Pure Beauty's December issue.

Regulatory experts EcoMundo will also be making their inaugural presentation at the awards. The group specialises in chemical substances and how they affect human health and the environment, as well as the international regulations that govern chemical risk.

The winners of their sponsored category will be announced by Sales Director, Sylvain de Backer.

De Backer will also be joining the ceremony to announce the winners of Best New Body Product and Best New Bath and Shower Product.

Familiar faces

CPL Aromas is the largest fragrance-only fragrance house and is a longstanding sponsor of the Pure Beauty Awards.

UK Sales Director, Claire Holland, will be announcing the winners of the three Fragrance categories.

Returning as a sponsor for the second year running, Siltech develops, manufactures and markets a full line of organo-functional silicone compounds and related specialties for specific customer applications, using patented and proprietary technology.

The group's Global Marketing and Sales Director, Brian Allen, and Sales Manager, Richard Chappell, will be sharing the announcements of the three Inclusive Beauty awards.

Leading manufacturer of high performance, natural and sustainable emollients, Aprinnova are proud sponsors of the Sustainability category, a newly introduced category for 2020.

Aprinnova’s Marketing Manager, John Toner, will be tuning in from the US to announce who will be taking home Best New Sustainable Skin & Body Care Product, and Best New Sustainable Hair Product.

The UK’s leading logistics and fulfilment specialists, Cygnia Logistics, are sponsoring the annual event for the third time.

CEO Glenn Lindfield will be announcing the winner of Best Special Innovation and Best New Retailer’s Own Label Product.

British fragrance brand Yardley London are another new sponsor of the Pure Beauty Awards 2020, and the company's Head of Marketing, Karen Cullen, will be joining the event to present the final two awards of the evening – Best New International Breakthrough Brand and Best New British Brand.

Speaking about the awards, Cullen said: "It's an absolute pleasure to be able to be an integral part of these prestigious awards."

The headline sponsors will also be joined by the awards' Recruitment Partner Arthur Edwards, who specialist in finding the best candidates for the beauty and cosmetic sector in both the UK and international markets, and has been a partner of the event for many years.

Founder and CEO Heidi Bannister will be tuning in to announce who will be taking the crown for Best New Eye Product in the Make-Up category.

Join the party

This year, there’s no place like home, and viewers are encouraged to dress for the occasion in their best Emerald City attire, and share images of their virtual viewing parties.

Pure Beauty will be selecting their favourite images to be featured in the December issue of the magazine.

Viewers also have the chance to take home a number of luxury prizes, chosen with pampering at home in mind.
