The natural and organic beauty brand is ramping up its e-commerce offerings to reach more consumers as online sales surge during the coronavirus pandemic
Neal's Yard Remedies, the natural and organic health and beauty brand, has launched a direct-to-consumer (D2C) website in the UK with brand owner The Hut Group as it ramps up its digital services to reach more consumers.
According to the company, its latest site launch, in partnership with The Hut Group's tech services divison THG Ingenuity, will be “instrumental” in furthering its digital-first strategy by introducing a greater variety of services, improving customer experience and helping to bring its products to a wider consumer base both in the UK and globally.

THG Ingenuity first partnered with Neal's Yard earlier this year, helping it expand its presence in the Chinese market by launching a D2C website and storefront on Chinese e-commerce giant Tmall to bring its product line-up to local consumers.
Meanwhile, in June the company announced £100m worth of partnerships with beauty brands to help them meet growing demand for online sales, including PZ Cussons Beauty, Elemis, Burt’s Bees, Nuxe, By Terry and Revolution Beauty.
