Orean Personal Care has moved US operations to a 72,000sqft premises in Hobart, Indiana
Orean Personal Care, the UK-headquartered private label cosmetic manufacturer, has announced the move of its US business to a new, larger location.
The company’s US arm will now operate from a 72,000sqft premises in Hobart, Indiana.
Orean explained that the relocation will open up opportunities for UK brands looking to break the US market.
“We’re so excited for our customers,” said Dan Williams, CEO of Orean.
“The relocation from Illinois to our larger premises in the second largest manufacturing state in the US allows us to attract some incredible talent and gives us further room for investment and growth.
“The benefits for our existing UK partners are incredible. We’re wanting to open this up to more UK brands that are currently shipping or looking to ship to the US.”
Advantages for UK cosmetics brands in the US, said the company, include avoidance of freight costs, reduced lead times, improved working capital, a lower carbon footprint, low minimums, scalability and customer service and sales support in the UK time zone.
