Fragrance houses make joint purchase of extraction firm
French natural fragrance houses Robertet and Codif have announced their joint purchase of French extraction firm Hitex, for an undisclosed sum.
The companies have purchased equal shares in the specialist company, which was formerly owned by the Greek pharmaceutical group Lavipharm.
