Sephora has announced the newest members to its Sephora Accelerate programme, an initiative that champions female founders in the beauty industry.

In its fourth and most competitive year yet, the 2019 programme sees the introduction of 15 women, bringing the beneficiaries of the programme to date to 46.

The programme is open to women who demonstrate leadership in beauty sustainability, technology and merchandising.
