Suitable for skin care, hair care and body care solutions, the ReVive 2cc and 4cc dispensers feature the company's patented LifeCycle technology

Silgan Dispensing has unveiled two new dispensers for personal care brands seeking more sustainable packaging solutions.

The ReVive 2cc and ReVive 4cc dispensers feature the company's patented LifeCycle technology, which replaces commonly used metal springs with plastic ones so the packaging can be made from 100% polyolefin, making it easier to recycle.

Both dispensers have been recognised by industry bodies the Association of Plastics Recyclers (APR) and RecyClass as being recyclable with HDPE and PET recycling streams.

Said to deliver exceptional performance, the pumps can be used for a wide range of skin care, hair care and body care products and formulations, including liquid soaps, lotions, creams and gels.

We understand that brands and their end consumers are focused on sustainability, but they also expect a positive dispensing experience – one that looks familiar and works flawlessly,” said Stephanie Hawkins, Director of Personal Care at Silgan Dispensing.

With these dispensers, we sought to bring enhanced recyclability along with an exceptional product performance to the beauty and personal care markets.”

Silgan supplies a wide range of triggers, pumps, sprayers and dispensing solutions, with recent innovations including its Mark VII Max Blossom propellant-free mist sprayer and Pearl 2 airless system, and has created packaging for the likes of Shiseido and Bondi Sands.

Samples of ReVive 2cc and the larger 4cc dispensers are available now.
