With suicide the biggest cause of death among young UK men, barbershops and grooming brands are stepping up their support for World Mental Health Day.

Cosmetics Business chats to Ken Hermes, a barber and suicide survivor.

He is also an ambassador for The Lions Barber Collective, a charity and community of barbers that helps to raise awareness of mental illness and aims to prevent suicide by training barbers to recognise, talk and listen out for symptoms of depression.
