Carolina Herrera has launched two new limited edition summer fragrances to its 212 franchise.

212 Splash is said to epitomise New York’s Manhatten in the summer and features invigorating fresh fragrance combinations.

The female scent is a floral fresh, combining bergamot, grapefruit and mandarin at the top, peony, rose and lychee at the heart and a dry down of cedar wood, sandalwood and musk. The male fragrance meanwhile, combines watery freshness and woods according to the brand. The scent opens with top notes of bergamot, fresh mint and watery notes, blending into a spicy heart of ginger, nutmeg, cardamom and gardenia. The base comprises sandalwood, incense and transparent musk.
