At just three weeks old, Chanella Buck’s On Beaute platform, pronounced ‘beauty’, is in its infant stages, but that doesn’t mean her invention isn’t destined to make a big impact.

In a saturated market of beauty reviews, validations and eco badges, Buck – an e-tail and marketing expert, whose career began as an intern at LVMH, and who went on to work across brands for the Estée Lauder dynasty – wants to cut through the ‘noise’, in her words, to make beauty purchases easier for consumers.
