Avon vice chairman leaves amidst corruption probe


Avon’s vice chairman for developed markets has left the company amidst an internal probe into whether the company has breached the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act over its work in China. In a regulatory filing, the company said Charles Cramb was subject to “personnel action” over a “previously disclosed internal investigation…”.
