Collistar launches first anti-ageing treatment for the over 70's

Collistar (Bolton Group) has developed an anti-ageing line aimed specifically at the over 70 age-group. The Magnifica range rides on the back of the recent popularity for anti-ageing treatments specifically formulated for mature skin, but is the first treatment targeted at the 70 and over age group to hit the market.

As Collistar points out “Beauty is ageless now. This is what the market says, it is emphasised by advertising and the consumer is no longer in any doubt. Women of sixty and seventy are the centre of the media's attention and have become the protagonists of advertising campaigns: the most recent being Sofia Loren, who outclasses young girls in charm and sex appeal in the Pirelli calendar. Magnifica has its origin in carefully monitoring market needs.”

The line-up comprises Repairing Dermal Filler Face Treatment and Repairing Dermal Filler Eye Contour Treatment. The former is based on Collistar's patented Pulpactyl, said to plump up the skin, while the latter
