DKNY adds apple
DKNY (Estée Lauder) has launched a follow-up fragrance duo to the successful Be Delicious line. DKNY Red Delicious opens with a champagne accord, notes of lychee, red raspberry and crisp apple, with vanilla bean at the heart and a skin accord, patchouli and amber forming the dry-down.
Red Delicious Men on the other hand begins with a kick of cognac, rum, saffron flower, cardamom, bergamot and mandarin flower. A cocktail of coffee absolute Africa, apple liquor and vanilla vodka lies at the heart while notes of davana flower, tiger orchid, sandalwood, okoume wood, moss, patchouli and iris form the base.
The ad visual will feature a sequel to the Be Delicious story with the young couple taking a tour of New York on a motorbike. DKNY has maintained the original Be Delicious packaging, this time tinting the bottles and cartons a deep ruby for the female fragrance and garnet for the male fragrance.
