Douglas joins forces with Passion Beauté in France

Establishing joint referencing and purchase centre


The French subsidiary of the German bulk market cosmetics group Douglas has joined forces with the perfumes franchise group Passion Beauté to set up a joint referencing and purchase centre – DPB Achats – in Lille.

The centre will be owned 40% by SA Cooperative des Parfumeurs (Passion Beauté) and 60% by Douglas. The Lille centre will enable Passion Beaute's logistical platform to be available to the Douglas France franchises.
