ECHA releases first EU hazardous chemical inventory
The EU Classification & Labelling Inventory for chemical substances has been launched
The first comprehensive European Union (EU) Classification & Labelling Inventory for chemical substances has been released by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), helping personal care product companies identify chemicals potentially hazardous to human health and/or the environment. It details more than 100,000 substances. “The aim is to provide…information on the hazardousness of a given substance,” said the European Commission.
