L\'Oréal/Nestlé dermatology joint venture branches out


Galderma, the dermatology and aesthetics medicine joint subsidiary of L'Oréal and Nestlé, has made a bid of €819m for the Swedish enterprise Q-Med AB. Q-Med specialises in aesthetic products including wrinkle treatments.
