Gattefossé launches preservative-free version of Gatuline Link n Lift

The French-heritage active ingredient manufacturer Gattefossé has expanded its portfolio with a preservative-free version of Gatuline Link n Lift, its flagship lifting bioactive. The new grade responds to growing demand for preservative-free cosmetic formulations while delivering the same performance as the original ingredient

Designed specifically for the delicate eye contour area, Gatuline Link n Lift provides visible lifting and smoothing benefits after two weeks.

The active is derived from organically cultivated horse chestnut flowers, harvested by hand in southern France, and obtained using Gattefossé's Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NaDES) extraction technology. Its mechanism of action targets fibroblast activity while reinforcing the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ), helping firmly reconnect the epidermis to the dermis. Clinical results show a visible reduction in crow's feet, under-eye wrinkles and tear troughs, contributing to a smoother eye contour and a refreshed facial expression.

Since its introduction in 2017, Gatuline Link n Lift has become an established active ingredient for eye care formulations. With the launch of Gatuline Link n Lift PF, Gattefossé is addressing the increasing demand for preservative-free formulation options.

The new grade features the same chemical composition and technical specifications as the original version and is designed to deliver equivalent performance in formulations. It enables formulators to develop preservative-free products while maintaining the expected efficacy and functionality of Gatuline Link n Lift.
