New owners already own aromatherapy brand Tisserand


Eco friendly products distributor Himalaya (UK) has been sold to First Natural by international M&A specialists BCMS Corporate.

The London-based Fairtrade company was founded 17 years ago and specialises in naturally fragranced incense, scented candles, aromatherapy and body care products, and they supply some of the biggest names in the health, retail and spa treatments sectors in the UK and Ireland.

The directors of Himalaya (UK) recently took the decision to identify a buyer for the six-strong business with the resources necessary to help realise its potential and approached BCMS for support.

The new owners are Sussex-based First Natural, owners of popular aromatherapy brand Tisserand.
