One of the best ways to give lifeless, limp hair a lift is to use a root-boosting spray or mousse.

By giving extra volume and control to the roots of the hair, it is instantly lifted, and the longer hairs then fall softly over the styled roots to give an overall more volumised and healthy appearance.

One of the first things you will need to do is decide if you want the product to be a spray or a mousse, and if you want these forms to be aerosol or not.
