Indian aroma training centre launches diploma

The Fragrance and Flavour Development Centre, an 18-year-old Indian government agency in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, has launched a one-year diploma course on aroma technology. The institute focuses on providing technical assistance to farmers of aromatic crops and advises production industry specialists; it has thus far conducted one-to-four week technical courses for scent industry professionals.
