The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa), has appointed Gareth Durbridge to the newly created role of Head of Service Excellence.
Durbridge’s role aims to support the iiaa’s three year growth strategy and achieve its business goals.
“A service culture where from the top down, every iiaa touchpoint matters,” Durbridge added.
“Each individual has a part to play in ensuring that our iiaa service whether online, at a national or international event, across our five training centres; our Feed, Fortify, Finish brand experience; consumer pilot studies or even just the simple experience of receiving an order will be enjoyable, rewarding and of the highest quality.”
He will be responsible for ensuring that the current culture of excellence and customer care is accelerated to new fields as well as championing the institute's customer ethos throughout every aspect of the iiaa business.
