Mineral Fusion Cosmetics and Depth Bath & Body form new company

US natural hair and body care brand Depth Bath & Body Care and Mineral Fusion, a US-based mineral-based cosmetics line, have joined to form a new natural C&T company, Mineral Fusion Natural Brands LLC.


US natural hair and body care brand Depth Bath & Body Care and Mineral Fusion, a US-based mineral-based cosmetics line, have joined to form a new natural C&T company, Mineral Fusion Natural Brands LLC.

The venture has been formed in collaboration with private equity firm North Castle Partners together with subsidiary gloProfessional and former members of management from Avalon Organics, a previous North Castle portfolio company.

“The goal of mineral fusion Mineral Fusion Natural Brands is to provide superior natural personal care products,” said the company’s newly appointed president, Thomas Brown, who emphasised the importance of “carrying out the principles of sustainability”.
