Nanotechnology database to advise on health, safety and environmental impacts
Italian, Dutch, Israeli and German researchers are creating a database that can advise businesses and others on the potential health, safety and environmental impact of nanoparticles. This NHECD database (Nano health-environment commented database) is being financed with €1.45m of EU research funds. The project should be completed by 2012.
