Market research company Kline & Company has launched a new consumer survey which aims to uncover the innnovation that is seeping into anti-ageing skin care market.

Speciality Actives and Active Delivery Systems for Personal Care: US & Western Europe 2007, will investigate trends and opportunites open to suppliers and manufacturers in this fast-moving sector. “A lot of companies are looking at entering this small but fast-moving segment in part because pharmaceutical technology can be adapted to this market,” says Eric Vogelberg, senior vp and head of Kline’s Chemicals and Materials consulting practise. “The industry is also able to take advantage of demographic trends as there are relatively low barriers to entry and attractive profit margins.”
