UK consumers are feeling wary about a return to bricks-and-mortar in the aftermath of the Covid-19 lockdown

Since the outbreak of the coronavirus, retailers have had to overcome major hurdles relating to nearly all aspects of their business.

But with some non-essential stores potentially reopening in June, how can they prepare to meet consumers’ new needs and preferences?

What’s certain is that UK shoppers are fond of the high street, with 86% saying they have missed shopping for beauty products in-store during lockdown, according to an exclusive survey conducted by Your Beauty Club for Cosmetics Business.
