Ariel Laboratories launches loose setting powder for all skin tones
Contract manufacturer Ariel Laboratories has developed a finishing powder that is said to be suitable for all skin types and tones. The powder, which is free from oil, talc and parabens, is said to leave an invisible finish on the skin thanks to light reflecting micro-refined silica particles which are 80% transparent. When applied over make-up the particles become clear, according to Ariel, leaving skin looking matte and even. The powder also has excellent oil absorbing properties and helps disguise the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Ariel says the product is already being marketed by a leading beauty brand.
“There is no such thing as one size fits all, until now,” commented president and ceo, Peter Bohm. “The powder works universally for every skin colour and tone, from fair to very dark.”
