Deborah Gale is the GM UK & Senior Vice President Rest of World of Dr. Barbara Sturm.

Prior to being headhunted by the luxury skin care brand in 2019, Gale's career spans more than a decade, with her CV including Penhaligon's, Estée Lauder, Omorovicza and more.

"Working for a large, established company early on worked well for me and I would recommend it," she tells Cosmetics Business. "I learnt a lot of core, transferable skills and ways of working that are invaluable and that I’ve used ever since."
