The company to launch into country next year
With more than 20 stores across Sub Saharan Africa, US cosmetic conglomerate Estée Lauder is now eyeing the Rwandese market.
According to Euromonitor International, the combined Kenyan, Ugandan and Tanzanian cosmetic market is worth $152m and is projected to grow to $231m by 2018. With its eye on this prize, Estée Lauder is slated to target the landlocked country of Rwanda early next year. The company will target high-end malls to set up shops, such as the Kigali city tower and Rujugiro building among others....
