But there is often a misconception that eBay is only for second-hand sellers – a misunderstanding Alice Winter, eBay's Health & Beauty Category Manager, is keen to put right.

In 2020, some 12 million customers bought health and beauty products from the shopping site that began as a destination for bargain hunters and bidding junkies, from Estée Lauder to L'Oréal and Hugo Boss.
