We are looking for a great communicator to drive innovation for our beauty and wellness brand. You must have an interest in naturals, sustainability and the environment.
This is a broad role in a small business, so you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and manage multiple projects at a time. Covering all areas of innovation, formulation, packaging, project management, quality and global regulations.
Experience working with and developing brands alongside retailers such as Boots, Waitrose, Amazon, Holland and Barrett as well as international distributors.
This role is too big for 1 person, so we need someone who can manage 3rd party consultants and suppliers and look to build a team when needed. You will support pre-production, manufacturing and production to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to consumer.
We are looking for someone to make it happen, drive innovation, creativity and expand existing ranges.
