Hip-hop royalty Nicki Minaj reveals new limited edition Queen fragrance

The American sing-songwriter signed with LUXE Brands - the same company behind Ariana Grande’s fragrance franchise - in 2018

Hip-hop royalty Nicki Minaj has extended her fragrance franchise with a new limited edition scent.

The new Queen scent (US$75) is inspired by Minaj’s bold character and named after her platinum-selling album ‘Queen’.

The Grammy-nominee signed with LUXE Brands, the same company behind Ariana Grande’s army of fragrances, last year.

Minaj first entered the fragrance market back in 2012 with Pink Friday.

Commenting on her new release, she said: “I’m so excited to be launching a new fragrance for my fans.

LUXE Brands CEO Tony Bajaj added: “We knew with Nicki’s social footprint and loyal fan base that her fans would be eagerly waiting for something new and special from the artist.

“This limited-edition fragrance is just he beginning of what is next to come for Nicki Minaj in partnership with LUXE Brands.”

He continued: “We will continue to keep pushing the envelope to deliver innovative fragrances to the market.”

The scent features top notes of pear and bergamont; heart notes of heliotrope , a purple blossom note with sweet tones; and a dry down of woods, tonka bean, praline and musk.
