Jean Rollier has been nominated as President and CEO of the cosmetic packaging solution company ILEOS Group.
Jean Rollier was, up until now, board member of the group and worked closely with Pierre Hemar, who he succeeds, since the acquisition of the group by Oaktree in 2011.
Pierre Hemar is nominated as board member and chairman. In that capacity, he will continue to bring his experience and his support to the group he led during more than two years.
