Expanding both in products and also global markets, they're looking to bring talent in-house and are therefore creating a new and exciting role for a highly creative and innovative Junior Art Director.
Supporting the Art Director and Design team, focusing on Imagery for Editorial & Performance Marketing across all social channels.
You’ll need to passionate about shaping creative communications and able to deliver extraordinary, best-in-class creative for social media.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Art Director on all social shoots as well as concepting, building moodboards and storyboards
- Planning, shooting and editing all BAU social content
- Select cover photos for all video content, knowing what performs best and why!
- Managing retouching & retouchers/graders
- Present solutions to briefs
- Develop and maintain close relationships with photographers
You’ll need:
- Significant demonstrable experience of being part of a creative team (Beauty/Fashion/Retail) either in-house or agency side
- Experience on fashion or beauty sets, still life and models
- Experience of managing and working with Photographers, retouchers & MUAs.
- Be self-starting, high creative and have the ability to own projects
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustration, Indesign and Capture One
