Ghost takes on Malaika Faith as brand ambassador for latest fragrance, Dream

Malaika Faith, the Kenyan-born British model has become the new face of fashion label Ghost’s new floral oriental fragrance Dream (from £27.00).

Faith started her career in the fashion industry at 17 years old, after watching The Model Agency, a Channel 4 documentary about the Premier agency, according to The Guardian.

After attending an open-call casting and meeting with Carole White, Premier’s founder, she was signed on the spot.

Firth soon began modelling internationally and gave her run-way debut at New York Fashion Week SS in 2012 for Odilon.

Jobs quickly followed with Asos, Burberry and H&M and in 2013 Faith became the first black model for nearly 20 years to be featured in a Prada campaign; her predecessor was Naomi Campbell who featured in Autumn of 1994.

Now Faith is making waves in the beauty industry with the Ghost Dream campaign.
