The British make-up artist has made her debut in the role at Paris Fashion Week, and will ‘bring a modern vision’ to the fashion and beauty brand under Creative Director Haider Ackerman

Tom Ford has named Lucy Bridge as its first-ever Global Make-Up Artist to usher in a “bold new era of artistic expression” for the luxury house.

The British MUA made her debut in the role at the fashion and beauty brand’s latest show at Paris Fashion Week, where Creative Director Haider Ackerman showed his collection for spring/summer 2026.

Bridge is known for her “boundary-defying approach to beauty” and “brings a modern vision that embraces individuality in its most authentic and expressive form”, said the Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) owned-brand in a statement.

“I have long admired Tom Ford for its cinematic eye towards beauty – elegant, unapologetic and iconic,” said Bridge.

“Here, individuality is celebrated and revered. It’s an honour to be part of its future.”

Bridge has gained global recognition for her looks, which include vivid colour, graphic lines and subversive elegance, the company said.

Her work has appeared on fashion runways, red carpets, in film and editorial, including Vogue, i-D and Dazed.

Tom Ford was acquired by ELC in 2023 for a record US$2.8bn, marking the beauty giant’s first foray into fashion.

The maker of MAC and Clinique had already licensed Tom Ford's make-up, fragrances and skin care lines since 2006.

ELC licences the fashion business to Zegna Group

Sales of Tom Ford fragrances and make-up have fallen since the deal, amid wider struggles for ELC.

Bridge’s appointment comes as the conglomerate makes a fresh push behind the brand to reinvigorate sales.

Tom Ford tapped actress Tilda Swinton as the face of its recently launched Black Orchid Reserve fragrance in August.
