Charlotte is currently studying pharmaceutical and cosmetic science at De Montfort University and is in her final year. Following a year’s placement at a cosmetic contract manufacturer, working in the R&D laboratory and focussing on temporary hair dyes, as well as natural vegan skincare, her final year project centres on formulation sciences, for which her role at Here2Grow is ideal.
Her key responsibilities at the company will include formulating and managing set projects, stability testing and maintaining the laboratory working environment. She will also be monitoring the very latest trends and products on the market, as well updating the Here2Grow team on the newest ingredients being launched to the market.
“I was initially attracted to Here2Grow due to their innovative, specialist equipment and their state-of-the-art custom laboratory,” said Charlotte. “I always wanted to continue working in the cosmetic industry while studying and luckily Here2Grow created a vacancy for me while at university.
