New perfume book from French fragrance collective promises to lift the lid on the fragrance industry

New book to become set text at the École Supérieure de Parfumerie in Paris

French fragrance collective Nez has published Le Grand Livre du Parfum, a Big Book of Perfume that aims to debunk the received wisdom about perfume’s history, ingredients and production methods. 

“Our main goal at Nez is to raise awareness of perfume in a more historical, scientific and sociological/artistic way,” Dominique Brunel, head of publicity at Nez, told Cosmetics Business .
