Period faace, Tired faace and Sweaty faace have been created by the founder of UK PR company Known to tackle consumers’ day-to-day skin care concerns

New beauty brand Faace has launched to help consumers tackle everyday skin stresses.

The brand is the brainchild of PR boss Jasmine Wicks-Stephens, who founded the Known beauty agency.

Stripping back complicated skin care routines, Faace offers three skin care products that can be used depending on the user’s skin type day-to-day.

Period faace, Tired faace and Sweaty faace (£19.50) can be used as a priming moisturiser or as a thick mask, which can be left on the skin for five to 20 minutes, or overnight.

Period faace is designed to balance dry or greasy skin and is blended with hyaluronic acid, green tea, lavender and zinc, to normalise sebum production, soothe inflammation and prevent spots.

Tired faace’s formula features aloe vera, vegetable glycerin, vitamin C, pomegranate and rosehip to help brighten dull looking skin and hydrate.

Meanwhile, Sweaty faace’s blend of argan oil, grapefruit, bergamot and galbanum is aimed at customers who sweat from workouts, stress or weather changes.

Wicks-Stephens said she wanted to create a straightforward brand, without complicated routines.

“A classic ‘period faace’ candidate, I could time my cycle just by looking at my skin and waiting for the disruption to unfold.

“Working in the beauty industry for 13 years, with lots of the world’s most famous skin care brands, I’ve been lucky enough to be able to hunt out products to help pacify the problem.

“Except I found that I didn’t have time for an eight, five, hell, even three-step routine. I needed a product that I could slap on and leave to do its work.”

The products are now available to buy via wearefaace.com.
