Deal will enable Qualipac subsidiary to develop further

Packaging supplier the Pochet Group has confirmed its acquisition of 100% of the shares and votes of Lisi Cosmetics from yesterday, via its Qualipac subsidiary.

“We are pleased to welcome a company well known among its customers in our group,” said Irene Gosset, president of the board of the Pochet Group, who added that the acquisition would allow the group to “strengthen its position on its key markets” and “offer its Qualipac subsidiary opportunities to go on with its developmental strategy”.

Qualipac currently has six plants globally and employs 2,800 people.

Commenting on the deal, Gosset said: “Thanks to the addition of Lisi cosmetics’ specific know-how, especially in the field of aluminium transformation and decoration, Qualipac follows its development and will complete its portfolio of technologies and services offered to its customers.”
