Spanish small-format wood packaging company Pujolasos has announced its participation in the 6-3-1 initiative.
The project, devised by Plant-for-the-Planet, aims to repopulate deforested areas.
The ‘6’ is for the number of trillion trees that the world once had; the ‘3’ is the trillion of trees that humans have cut down; and the ‘1’ is for the trillion trees that must be replanted to race against climate change.
Pujolasos will lead this initiative within the perfumery and cosmetic sector, establishing what it claims is the first activist business movement within the packaging world.
