Working with prestigious niche brands in partnership, they are looking to add strength within their technical team to own projects and deliver, working closely with the customer and internal teams.
Your role, within this small team, will be to bring in new, innovative ways of thinking and approaching technical product development and formulation. Understanding and influencing technical briefs and working with suppliers to ensure all new ideas, ingredients, concepts and application of processes are maximised.
It will be essential that you have experience from within the beauty product arena and have worked closely with customers or internal teams in developing briefs from scratch. A degree in Chemistry, ideally supported by a diploma in Cosmetic Science will add value to your application.
Premium and active ingredient experience would be perfect as would a broad product area too across skin care, bath & body and hair care products.
