The family-owned business has been trading its hero bath oil product since 1931

German-based skin care brand Olverum has introduced two new products for the first time in over 80 years.

The family-owned business launched its hero bath oil back in 1931 and has not released another product since.

Now its line-up will feature the brand’s new Body Oil (£40) and Dry Body Oil (£36), which are designed to improve the epidermal barrier function and promote natural skin hydration.

The Body Oil contains lavender flower oil, sandalwood, frankincense, bergamot and geranium flower oil.

Meanwhile, The Dry Body Oil is blended with atlas cedar bark oil, sandalwood and frankincense oil and bergamot, and bitter orange leaf oil.

The oils are also said to replenish the skin’s micro-nutrients and contain natural and vegan ingredients.

The products are now available from Liberty, Harvey Nichols, Fortnum and Mason and online via bathandunwind.com and olverum.com.
