drom strengthens Latin American position

Fragrance maufacturer drom fragrances is expanding its presence in Latin America with the acquisition of Brazilian fragrance producer Quorum Holding. The company, based in São Paulo is one of Brazil's leading fragrance producers and supplies fragrances for the personal care, home and fine fragrance markets.

The company, based in São Paulo is one of Brazil's leading fragrance producers and supplies fragrances for the personal care, home and fine fragrance markets.

As part of the new deal, the two companies will be renamed drom Brazil. Quorum founder Cláudio Luiz Rubino, has been appointed general manager of the new company.

The acquisition will also provide drom with the opportunity to implement its international strategy and tap into the Latin American market.

“We want to more efficiently meet the high expectations of our 600-plus clients on this continent, “ said drom head Ferdinand Storp. “The highest demands on quality and outstanding customer service are the cornerstones of business at both Quorum and drom.”
