If you are used to working in a premium or luxury consumer brand where there is a culture to acquire and retain ‘lifetime customers’ through engaging content and storytelling then this could be the role you’re looking for.
As eCommerce Trading Assistant you will support the Trading Manager with all tasks associated with the commercial trading of the brand’s website.
This is a pivotal role in creating the UK trading calendar and managing the merchandising and day to day running of the UK territory site.
- Strong product merchandising
- Insight and trends for optimisation
- Competitor analysis
- Creative assets and storytelling
- Optimise the site to improve performance, reduce bounce and exit rates.
So, you’ll need to be aware of eCommerce KPIs, Google Analytics and Trading levers as well as have the ability to work at pace in this double-digit growth environment.
Ideal sector background; Premium/ Luxury consumer goods or perhaps a premium eRetailer.
