No7 Beauty Company has announced the appointment of its new Global Brand Director.
Leanne Carden previously served as Global Digital Director and Global Head of Online/Growth for the Walgreens Boots Alliance-owned brand.
She began her career with the firm as Assistant Marketing Manager of Events for Boots in 2006.
She then joined No7 as Brand Marketing Manager six years later.
Her most recent role included driving digital strategy and business transformation, while leading a team of performance marketers and e-commerce specialists.
Commenting on her appointment, Carden said: “[It is] the end of an era today as I said goodbye to my role as Global Digital Director and my truly brilliant Global Digital team.
“I am so proud of all we have achieved in digital and feel incredibly lucky and privileged to have led a team of such fantastic people.
“I am now looking forward to my next exciting chapter as Global Brand Director for No7.”
No7 was launched by British health retailer Boots in 1935.
Boots reported a strong start to 2025 with bumper retail sales during the first quarter and increased growth across all categories and channels.
