Oriflame co-founder and board member Jonas af Jochnick has sold a million of his shares in the Swedish beauty brand.
Jochnick still retains over four million shares, which corresponds to approximately 7.2% of Oriflame’s capital.
“The transaction has been carried out to strengthen the liquidity and to facilitate the future development of companies where I am the majority shareholder,” commented Jochnick. “My commitment to Oriflame will remain the same and I am not planning any additional divestments of Oriflame shares.”
