Oriflame experiences solid but slower sales in Q2
Swedish direct sales brand Oriflame has reported a 2% rise in sales for the quarter ended 30 June to €308.7m, an increase of 15% in local currency. However, sales figures for the six months ended 30 June grew 4% to €630.5m (up 18% in local currency) suggesting slower sales in the second quarter.

Net profit meanwhile amounted to a healthy €32.9m in the second quarter and €70.7m for the first six months of the year.
Oriflame added that its sales force expanded by 25% to a total of 3.4 million consultants during the period from April to June.
