Oriflame sees strong first quarter

Swedish direct sales company reports growth


Swedish cosmetics group Oriflame increased first quarter sales in euro terms by 6% to €361m while pre-tax profits went up from €43.3m to €49.3m. Net profits before the costs of restructuring rose from €24m to €49.3m. The average size of the sales force increased by 12% in the reporting period to 3.5 million consultants.
